Western Carolina Paddlers:  Photo Archive

Introduction

Welcome to the Photo archive of the Western North Carolina Paddlers online newsletter.  This section of the online newsletter hasn't been implemented yet.  When it is you'll be able to add your digitized photos, saved in .jpg format, to a photo archive based on the boatingbeta.com photo archive.  For an idea of what is to come, check out the link above  Indeed, with the exception of the Green Race and Mystery Nationals photos, almost every other paddler whose image appears in the archive either is or was an active member of the Western Carolina Paddlers!  The gallery is not representative of the full activites of the club, however, as almost all the images were taken on class IV water or above.  The links below provide a more rounded representation of the club's activities.

Site look funky?  Your browser is so old standards-based layouts and styling confuse it.  Consider updating.  Good options include:  Mozilla (Linux, Mac, Windows),  Mozilla Firefox (Linux, Mac, Windows),  Netscape v7 or higher (Linux, Mac, Windows),  Opera v7 or higher (Linux, Mac, Windows),  Galeon (Linux),  Konqueror (Linux),  Apple Safari (Mac),  Mozilla Camino (Mac),  Microsoft Internet Explorer v5 or higher (Mac),  Microsoft Internet Explorer v6 or higher (Windows).  All are free.  Because of security concerns I personally avoid Internet Explorer.  It may or may not be more buggy than its competitors, but its prominence and Microsoft's notoriety make it the most frequent target of malicious crackers.
